Overview
The purpose of this priority is to build and sustain a high-quality workforce across the region by attracting and retaining skilled professionals. This includes targeting a diverse pool of candidates for key and specialist roles within children’s services through improved role profiles, collaborative recruitment campaigns, and adherence to the Social Work Agency Rules. The priority also focuses on coordinating shared training programmes that foster consistent, high-quality practice across the sector.
